会议简介

    The Global Survey of Public Servants (GSPS) implements original civil service surveys in countries across the world to 1) better understand how public services and states around the world work; and, (2) help governments manage public services better. It also transforms the ability of public management scholars to study civil services in a comparable manner across countries based on rigorous micro-data (rather than proxies such as expert surveys).

    This webinar will launch the Global Survey of Public Servants (GSPS) and its website (www.globalsurveyofpublicservants.org) and introduce it to the public administration community.

    The webinar will be held on May 25 from 12-1pm (Mountain Standard Time)；May 26 from 2-3 am（Beijing Time）

结果数据库简介

通过访问(www.globalsurveyofpublicservants.org)可获取可获取该研究的研究数据库。

    The Global Public Servant Indicators are drawn from the Global Survey of Public Servants. They report country-level data and within-country data (e.g. by groups of public officials (such as gender), region or institution) from surveys of public servants conducted by a consortium of researchers at the World Bank, Stanford University, University College London and the University of Nottingham, as well as surveys conducted by governments.
